For a long time now i've been doing a two day split where i do arms one day then everything else the other day then switch back and forth. On arms day i do 2 sets of triceps and biceps and i'm done. I haven't increased weight on my arms day because i haven't gained any strength but i eat healthy. Also i haven't seen an increase in size either. Over the summer i did a 3 day split but still i haven't seen results since then.
