hey guys, I want to stack the Assault by muscle pharm with a mono creatine but I dont know if i`m going to overdose creatine because assault has already some creatine in there... Somebody knows how much is in there?

My guess is around 2-4 grams. Just use assault on your workout days and the mono on your off days
