Fixing a recurrent groin/adductor pull/strain: work the movement
THe following post is about how sometimes -with a chronic or long standing physical niggle - it takes time to debug what's going on in our bodies to find a solution.
The moral of this post is to give ourselves time to work out what's going on in the movement and use techniques to keep moving, debug,move retest

undersanding how muscles move joints is a good thing
understanding how muscles come into play in a whole movement and
at different times in a movement is a good thing
understanding where vision and balance come into that movement is a really good thing.
giving ourselves time to work through that knowledge step by step can put together a huge win
and if we don't have the knowledge ourselves, find a movement coach or specialist who knows how to work the movement (not us on a table) to get our bodies back online
