Drinking means your consuming empty calories you ain't gonna reach your goals if you drink alcohol period, hypocritically i drank loads last night but on average I drink max once every 3 months if that, you can still party without booze

How bad really is alcohol for your training? I don't give a **** about the empty calories, is there any other effects that notably impact performance?

There's a poster in my school's gym saying it lowers testosterone.
I personally drink ~1x/month (sophomore in college). I'm usually busy with work or I have to get up early the next morning for one reason or another. It is nice to go out and meet new people at a party every now and then, though.**MISC LIFTING CREW**
