How many of you drink?

Im at uni right now probably getting trashed 3-4 times a week which has put my gym efforts on a slippery slope

those guys at college/uni or whatever how much do you drink, if at all?

only weekends, but i try to stay away from the beer, drink some hiigh ? stuff and get wasted sooner without the beer belly.

Drinking means your consuming empty calories you ain't gonna reach your goals if you drink alcohol period, hypocritically i drank loads last night but on average I drink max once every 3 months if that, you can still party without booze

eh not since summer. i prolly will a bit over the winter, but prolly not to much. id rather laugh at all the drunk people and still gain muscle than get wasted and have my gains suffer

I don't drink.

Since in college, I have had a tiny bit in a cup of coffee one night but other than that: Zero. I can have so much more fun and get a better high sober..

Example= go to see that new movie with friends (GNC is right next to the theater) or go the gym

you've read countless articles that show how bad alcohol is for health and especially lifting
ya theres negative propaganda on drugs but most people are ignorant and dont take the time to look up the facts for themselves -shrooms, acid, E- all fun and safe with moderation

3x a week, usually i get plastered Thursday.

hasn't effect my gains, put like 20lb on my bench in 8 weeks

I drink once a week maybe 1-2 even though it's legal to drink at 18 here I don't do it much..

it wont effect you if you do it here and there but if your doing it consistently like 3-4 times a week thats roughhh i drink once a weekend maybe 6-12 beers depending on how the night looks

Yea....... I drink during every other weekend.... Sometimes it's just a chill social night, others it's a time to retrace your steps day and finding out embarassing things when people come up to you about the night before.

3 -4 Times a week O_o .......... i'd probli drink like 3-4 likes a year, saying that im only 16 .....my mates are drinking like every weekend though but im the guy that gets slaughtered and then does something embarrasing, those experiences sorta changed my outlook on alchohol haha :/

There's a poster in my school's gym saying it lowers testosterone.

I personally drink ~1x/month (sophomore in college). I'm usually busy with work or I have to get up early the next morning for one reason or another. It is nice to go out and meet new people at a party every now and then, though.
