Low weights after a 2 year hiatus?
Hey guys.
I havent lifted weights for about 2 years.
I am doing Starting Strength and havent got a lto of flexibility but this is all i could do.
These are not including the bar, i was using the olympic bar btw.
3x5
squat - 33lbs - 15kg
bench press 44lbs - 20kg
deadlift - 50lbs - 22kg
quick bio
- 5'10
- 184 pounds
- 22%bf
Now i'm not really fussed with the numbers i pulled as its my first day back in the gym today but will these numbers increase a lot do you feel, and thoughts and opinions
