I am fairly new to the working out scene. And I was just wondering is there any Pre-Workout Supplements with low caffeine dosages that you would recommend? For a reference, recently I wanted to try BSN NO Xplode, so I purchased the shaker bottle with the sample products. I took half a scoop/package, and it was pretty terrible. I didn't feel to energized at the gym, so I went home when I started to get a bad headache. Worst part of it all was that I was jittery, shaky, and I could feel my heart pounding in my chest for hours after I took the supplement. All suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Some people can be energized with no stims you know.
OP: There are stim-free pre's, which might work better for ya since 1/2 a scoop of no xplode is only 50mg caffeine I believe... which is a very low dose. It's one of the weaker pre's out there... so if that was too much then stay away from stims entirely.

OP, I see where you're coming from. Usually lift at night, and can't take something loaded with stims if I have to be up early the next morning.
I got good results using Anabolic Raptor from NRG-X, which is a stim free pre/intra, along with 3-5g plain old arginine AKG."What doesn't kill you makes you stronger" ...will probably be my last words
