For a while now, I have wondered what types of food/drinks people can ingest which ultimately benefit your erection quality and frequency.
I read Men's health, etc.. and you will see an article here or there about eating this or drinking that can benefit a mans libido or erection quality. Well, what about basic Milk?
When I was younger, I drank milk often but it may or may not have had an affect on erections since any young male gets them on the drop of a dime.
Now, I don't drink milk often, if at all. I drink water, tea, and juice...no alcohol, no soda, I don't smoke and my diet is mixed...but I definitely don't see morning erections like I used to or certainly daily erections like I used to. I do have stress in my life and I avg 5-6 hours of sleep a night. However, in High School and college, its not like I was getting 8-10 hours either.
But for some reason it popped in my head about whether drinking milk, the one thing I learned growing up you drink to become "bigger and stronger" (u remember the commercials) and whether it helps someone have better erections.
So I guess my question for you is...for those who DO get erections often and you are in your mid to high 20's or 30's...do you still drink plenty of milk? Or do not drink milk and you have no problem in the erection department?

i get raging erections and i drink like 3 cups of a milk per day but im still young. I think this thread is intented for 20 or 30+

no medication, and yes I am 31. Seriously, I live a relatively healthy lifestyle aside from missing a couple hours of sleep per day and probably needing to lower my stress level (bills, etc... can do that to you, plus kids, etc..)
I don't "feel" like my t-levels are lower...then again never had them checked.

However, I "am" going to start drinking milk again. Not sure if the % matters...I no they say fat can help erections, so if I go to 1% or skim...if it won't do me any good.
Turning 20 in a few days and I still get raging hard ons with ease without any sexual contact lulz. I drank milk like a champ when I was younger and it's still a staple liquid in my diet. Feels good man.

Stress can put a huge damper on sexual drive. If your mind is cluttered with stress sex isn't going to be something that you'll think about. Being 31 is roughly the prime age for male depression. You should look into it. Maybe you're not depressed but lots of stress and low sex drive are key indicators of depression setting in. I drink a lot of milk and I wake up from morning wood everyday ffffffffuuuuu. I'm not sure that has anything to do with it though, I've noticed in the past when I'm under a lot of stress that frequency goes down.
well i get morning wood, drink 2x 500ml of full milk a day (2months) and am under stress/depression (more than 2months), i cant really tell if its drinking milk or lifting thats affecting me. hope it helps.
well cow's milk is good for a calf. same species and a baby.
