So tomorrow It is Halloween and I am partying from 3am till somewhere in the afternoon the next day, big rave and all. Now 2 things that I want to make sure, I want to have a flat stomach and not to go number 2 in that time frame sonce well the club has mixed bathrooms and not very intimate stalls to say the least.
What should I eat through the day? Should I keep it only to whey, bananas and pb?

Just stay away from starchy carbs, prunes, and any high processed meal.
Basically just eat keto.

I'm going to a rave tommorow too (7pm-4am), but I normally increase my normal intake by 500 calories since I'm going to need all the energy I can get. Going number 2 during the time the has never been and isn't going to be an issue for me though.

I thought so to man till 6 months ago, it is 7.30 am I am rolling like there is no effing tomorrow, and Boom I suddenly feel a tingling sensation in my stomach.... right away I was like FUUUUUUUU, and had the weirdest experience of my life, taking a dump in a dark place with music louder then a god damn jet. Feels Bad man.

LMFAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT'S SO TRUE! i look fckin' JACKED after a rave from the dehydration + carb depletion. i get my swole on in the mirror after my shower, eat up a storm, (to replenish from dancing, right? ,) & then hop into bed when i'm stuffed/return back to looking like a bloated mess. by the morning, i look like my usual dried out self - i always look really dry 1st thing in the morning when i get up.

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahahahahahahahahahahaha hahaha! my body has this thing where it won't come out unless i'm @ home. feels good, man.
i'm seeing ferry corsten & eddie halliwell tomorrow night in seattle @ "freak night." i think it's 10 p.m. - early a.m.; doubt i'll make it past 3 a.m., though; (...will probably go back to our hotel room if i can...or may have to sit down somewhere; unfortunately haven't really thought of that, yet. o__O) lifting makes me require more sleep, after all. but all of my friends aren't into this lifestyle. they eat crap. so, that sucks the energy out of 'em. however, they also pop. so, that gives 'em INTENSE energy. i eat mostly clean & have crazy energy from that + increased blood flow/etc from lifting. after all, i like to think that i'm an athlete. but even still, i require sleep from lifting. (r.e.m. sleep = better hypertrophy, right? ) ... not as much sleep as i used to need when i was obese, though - i remember even 12 hrs wouldn't be enough. but now, i can get away w/ just a few just fine! =O but yea. it's the hardest shti EVER to stay up all night when you're just goin' on water + trance'thusiasm. =/ ... regardless of how obese or lean you are. =/
hmm...i went to see john o'callaghan last night. i lasted from 10:30-1. i then left & slept over @ a friend's house near by. i was asleep by 2:30, i believe. aaaahaha. =/ damn you, lifting. =(

- Fit into a dress by Christmas, ffs!!!!!
- Take the Personal Training final exam & practical by the end of Nov. (Did courses from Sept '08 --> Sept '09.) Finish studying my ass off 1st, though. =P (...in between teaching all of these "Trancerobics" classes. xD)
- Make it to 150 lbs lost! =O (300'ish --> LEAN 150/17.5%; am currently lean'ish ~175/~25%, approx?)

do you guys dress like a stereotypical german when you go to these things? every time i hear this kinda music the first thing that pops in my head is a german stereotype from some sketch comedy show with their weird dancing...
but at the topic on hand, i would stick to liquid calories, those dont make me poop...
