e-stane over h-drol

after doing the hard part (research), i've decided to do e-stane as my first ph. i figured 10/20/20/30 with CEL cycle assist. i will preload with palmetto saw two weeks before. pct will be PCT assist and nova at same time, not sure about dosing maybe 40/30/30/20. Also, xtend and size-on. anything to add or replace? also got multi, fish oil, and protein shake.

i would do 20/30/30/40 of e-stane

preload hawthorne berry not sp. also take liver support like liv52. take nolva 20/20/10/10

I would recommend E-stane at 30mgs for 4 weeks.Epi at 10 and 20mgs is'nt going to do anything for ya
For PCT you could use he Nolva at 30/20/20/10 and PCT Assist at 6/6/6/6

oh, i thought it would be to strong at 30 for 4 weeks with it being my first ph. i've done numerous gaspari halodrol cycles with success but i don't compare that with a ph. will have to throw in hawthorne berry. thanks.
