Hey guys, been a member in here for a while and I tried to get my old journal moved over into this section but got a lil messed up lol. So I'll just start a new one. I was real small, got into lifting 2 years ago and then my gym expanded and started a shingitai jitz program. A few months later a local fight team, First Blood, moved into our facility. I have been their S&C coach for a while now and they finally talked me into trying it out. F'ing loved it and that was last month, so Im flat-out beginner. Current stats:
Lifting: Just finished 531 and moved back into a highvolume routine
Mon: Stand up
Wed: Stand up
Fri: Stand Up
So Im beginner and totally open to any and all tips, training programs etc, especially for HW's. Im doing first small judo/jitz gi tourney Nov 28th so Ill def get vids of it up for critiquing.
