ok. your elbows were tucked fine for a raw bench.
You need to try to engage your lats more by drive your triceps into your lats and staying tight the whole time.
Also keep your wrists straight to engage your triceps better, your wrists were cocked back towards your face which "handcuffs" you and makes your tricep engagement more difficult. It accounts for how your bar speed slows way down after the bar gets into your midrange-lockout area.

I'll defintely implement those changes on monday when I bench next. Thanks a lot. I remembered you helped me once before on deadlift form so I figured why not ask on bench.

Isaku is a man of wisom haha. But yea other than what he said, try and descend more controlled, I found trying to push the floor away form me more helpful in engaging the leg drive, and thinking about pinching something between my armpit and lat helpful in keeping that tight tuck. Your grip also looks very narrow, but other than that it looks pretty good!

It think it is narrower than usual. I'm having trouble finding my right spot on this bar because the placement of the rings on it is narrower than what I'm used to at my gym back home. I have noticed that when I've lifted back home the exact same weights will feel lighter within the same week but I figured it was mental.

I'll definitely try what you said though thanks for the help.
