All-

I have been just getting back into the gym recently and I usually spend about 2 hours there so I dont get home and eat dinner late. My main focus is an hour of cardio and about 30 minutes of abs to help me in my fitness test. I still wanna lift and especially help out my pushup count but I find i rush my workout because im running out of time. Any samples or types of training, circuits etc. I can do to keep me in my timeframe but still get a total body workout?

I would honestly cut back the cardio to about 45 minutes, but I would do the cardio early in the morning, then do your training later on. As for a sample workout to follow, I would go with something that consists of having to do all muscle groups three times a week. Monday, wednesday, friday
