lol people don't even read post before commenting. Good luck on your cut. I remember seeing your pictures in the fat to fit thread before. curious how big are your arms and your forearms right now and how big do you think they will be after cutting (based on previous results)

Good work man, looks like you've gained mass since last year.
I've just gone through a cut, happy to help with any questions you have.

damn OP, nice looks like you lost at least 7-8 pounds. You might have to cut for a bit longer though. You might have even gained a little bit of mass.

About 4 months, although I could have done it in 3 if I'd been more dedicated.

funny, we share some similarities. i just started cutting myself too, last sunday, and was in the ballpark in terms of starting weight (204). i also had a successful cut last spring; went from 199 to 172 in 12 weeks. this time, i'm hoping to hit the 160s to be competition-level shredded.
hope you have a great cut. stay strong and don't give in! lol. i'll be following along.

in my opinion carb cycling is the most effective way of shredding fat, because it shocks ur body and helps preserve muscle mass. follow my journey of blood sweat ans tears. should be a good one.
