    Cardio and testosterone

I've increased my H.I.I.T cardio (longer , harder , more per week ,) Since yesterday I feel very aggressive ( I feel like beating up people and I get a smile to my face when I fantasize about it . Im rarely this aggressive ) Can increased weekly cardio and a high protein diet increase my testosterone ? Thanks

Sure, exercise increases hormone levels and energy. That's a big benefit of being fit.

I find the biggest boost comes after a heavy day of squats and deadlifts. I feel like I can punch through a car like the hulk. Any kind of intense exercise will do it, though, HIIT works. Resting levels jump too.

Ya well it jumped after doing more cardio than I usually do and resting 2-5 days instead of my usual 1 day . Ya Feeling powerful is a great feeling . I like it .
BTW according to my research compound exercises has the greatest effect on test levels ( your squats and deadlifts)
