    Supplements for Football

    If someone would give me me an idea on some good supplements for getting bigger for football. Thinking about these good idea or no.

    I'll start here.

    If you don't know what a supplement is then you shouldn't be taking it, it's that simple.


    Worry less about supplements, worry about your diet and your training. At 18 you do not need many/any supps except perhaps protein.

    Get the myofusion and take it post workout and maybe in the morning/night, just eat a lot the rest of the day.

    I know a little about this(been a football coach for 7 years now). Here's your answer; eat, eat, eat; lift, lift, lift; sleep, sleep, sleep. Eat lots and eat right. Work your ass off in the weight room, and get 8 hours or sleep every night. Make sure you're in cardiovasulor shape as well(short, fast sprints. No long jogs. 20, 50 yard sprints is a good start).
    As for supps, all you need and all that will really help you is protein.
    You came into this world weak and frail. You will probably leave it the same way. How you live in between is up to you.
