Bioforge....let's do this...from the skeptic
Just got my bottle in the mail and popped two. Ok, first off a few things.
Been lifting for almost 3 decades....i'm 44 years old...hit the gym about 5 times a week. Im 200lbs and 5'-9". Not sure of BF but guess would be 13-15%.
I have NEVER responded to natural test boosters and have tried practically everyone on the market. Only supp that boosted my test was the illegal stuff now banned. I'm very skeptical.
I have been burned before by the sales pitch, "you really need two bottles because things don't start kick'n in until week 3...blah blah blah". I have ordered one bottle and will dose 2 in the morning, 2 b4 lifting, and 1 b4 bed. That will be approx 2 weeks worth in a bottle. With that dosing, if i am not feeling the effects at two weeks i'll have comfort in knowing i did not waste money on a second bottle.
I will not be a super disciplined logger. Sorry, but i will try to update as much as possible. If i'm not updating much it's probably because nothing exciting is happening. Either way i'll let you all know how things go.
If you are all looking for the skeptic's review of this product...you've found it...stay tuned!

That's a challenging task then
Take 2 caps upon waking 30' before breakfast and 2 caps 30-45' before your workout(or before dinner on rest days) always on empty stomach. You can take cre/BA/aminos with your pre-wo dose, just no food.
What's your short term goal?

thanks, i may not be posting daily, but I will post if anything good, bad, or ugly happens. In the end i will be brutally honest and as concise as i can be. Trust me, i'm verrry curious myself. The reviews have been over the top to say the least. In two weeks i'll either be re-ordering a second bottle and pump'n my fist in the air...or...bitch'n about the cash i burned on the first bottle. I hope it's not the latter.

I'd add 40-50 grams of protein and 15-20 grams of fat to your usual intake to sustain the faster metabolism.

I am also leery when the reviews are over the top(sponsered ones esp.) Hope this is the real deal as far as test products go.

90% of the reviews comes from non-sponsored logs actually

I am not saying that Bioforge has a bunch of sponsored good reviews, just have seen it in some other products, only to be disappointed.

typically i hit the gym about 5 times a week....
i have a weird routine, but i've been lifting for years and tried a lot of different ways, including the traditional split routines etc. ....but what works best for me goes like this,
day 1: squats/tris
day 2: upperback/lats
day 3: deads/bis
day 4: chest
day 5: shoulders
I do two sets of each exercise and go rather high on reps, usually upper teens on the first set and lower teens on the second set. I do about 3 or 4 different types of exercise for each muscle group...i single out squats and deads however. Most of my lifting is done in about 40 minutes.
I have been slacking a bit on cardio, however when i do it i do the stairmill for 20-30 minutes at the end of my lifting....it kicks my ass hard too.
I tend to mix things up a bit as well and often try new lifts and experiment.
Diet: I usually start the day with a fibre cereal...skim milk. then depending on where i am will depend on what i eat. If im at home i'll do a couple of chicken breasts, some veggies, fruits etc and at some point a protein shake. If im out working away from home i like to stop at subway and get a turkey sub on wheat...no junk on it...just turkey and veggies. My diet is far from perfect but has gotten better in the last month. My triglycerides were sky high (620) at my last physical so that has been a kick in my ass to deep six beef and fatty foods from my diet.
Sleep: I try to hit it around 1130 or 12 and i am usually up between 630 and 7. I am a night owl...i have trouble falling asleep but i usually can count on 6 hours consistently.

i guess i can call this day 1.
anyways, worked out today...just lifting. Can't say anything miraculous occurred but my strength and endurance was good...not unusually so...but good.
One thing of note possibly in regards to bioforge. This afternoon i was at my sons football practice and became very aware that my face felt oily...i just wanted to find a bathroom so i could wash it. I'm italian so i'm no stanger to that feeling lol....however the time of year and the fact that i had just showered a couple hours before made it seem peculiar. I didn't even think about it possibly pertaining to bioforge until i got home and remembered reading some feedback posts about this.
Not that having a oily face is a good thing...but it may very well be an indication that something is 'happening' with this stuff....or maybe not....we'll see.

excellent summary...gives a good idea of where you are and a bit of perspective. Can't remember if I repped you but I will if not on recharge!
Looking forward to a solid log...your day 1 is your first day of taking Bioforge or have you been taking it for a couple of days? from most of the logs I have seen it takes a week or 2 to kick in full effect.

Did you know? I'm italian too....
A oily face is definitely not a good thing per se but it may mean something.

Day 3 (sunday)
squat day...had a lot of energy and had a good lift. Usually i tend to drag on sunday afternoon workouts but i had a real good attitude and resulting lift.
I've increased my caloric intake the last few days...probably by about 250-500...not totally clean either.
oily face symptom still there but not as bad.
nothing else of note to report yet.

I wouldn't expect more than that in just 3 days. No junk food please

Day 4 (monday)
Continue to have a good workout. I'll define good by saying i have been hitting all my max and pushing 1 or 2 extras....i have also been hitting the stairmill, cardio, a little more. I think this is because my appetite is increasing and my weakness has always been junk food, (but im trying to resist).
oily face issue seems to have waned. I must admit i 'feel' more swole and my chest seems harder. Last night i was laying on the couch watching tv and my 11yr old son said, "geez dad your forearms are huge". It's not like i haven't had short sleeved shirts on in front of him recently, so i was kinda surprised he said that. Then he said, "and look at your guns"...lol. Hmmmm, maybe anecdotal and coincidental? Oh well, i'm definitely excited to find out.
Not too much more to report...sleep is good...libido has not changed.

Time to bulk
Subbed. I'm getting my first bottle of BioForge tomorrow. I've used many natty test boosters in the past (Activate Xtreme was OK) and if this doesn't work I'm giving up on the whole lot of 'em.
I'm anxious to see your resluts

He should really leave everything alone so we can isolate the effects of Bioforge, no?

I'd take advantage from the faster metabolism/higher anabolism.

Just BB.com'in it......
Its kinda suspicious, but I hear nothing but good things about this product. I'm lookin for a natty test booster for my upcoming cycle and pct, and bioforge is the one I'm strongly considering since it looks the best.
There's gotta be somethin to it........

Day 5 (tuesday)...note, i am actually posting about the previous day in this log so i can evaluate the entire day and night.
Went to gym...dead lifts...hate them. Good energy and had one of the best hamstring pumps i've had in a long time.
Everything else is steady...libido, sleep, appetite etc.
One thing i should note, (only because it is something unusual for me and is happening during this cycle), it may have zero correlation but i'll mention it.
The last three mornings, including this morning, i have woke up with a headache. Very unusual. It's not at all severe, but dull and annoying, but a couple aspirin, big glass of water, and my first cup of coffee and it's usually gone an hour later. Usually when i wake with a headache it tends to be with me all day...so, as i said it's unusual in its frequency and short duration. I'm wondering if i'm not taking in enough water....today i'm going to make a conscience effort to stay well hydrated, and we'll see how it goes tomorrow morning.
