    is myfitnesspal reliable ?

    hello guys , I was wondering if I can use myfitnesspal
    Because It says that I should eat 110 grams of fat a day
    I think that's a lot according to other websites that say I need 73 grams
    I'm 16yo 177cm(5 10) and 73 kg (160lbs)

    You don't need to worry too much about tracking calories or macros at your age. Just worry about eat and lifting to grow and enjoying life.
