    Best Equppied Vitamins

So I've been doing some research, mainly on prices and content labels, of the mulitivitamin packs. My Question is what is the best multivitamin or complete sets of individual vitamins for bodybuilders. I know animalpak has almost everything you need in it, while also kinda expensive. like $50 for a months serving.

Now Optimen's multivitaamin is reccomended #2 on the bodybuilding store, and has almost everything, but not as many amino acids. However, it is alot cheaper. What would everyone reccomend doing, or any other vitamin reccomendations.? I was thinking of buying optimen and a few more L- vitamins, you know the amino acids. like alanine and the ones not included in this multivitamin.

ANyone now about the GNC brand vitamin. mega men sports pack, how is it?

I started using Orange Triad plus additional joint support, and so far so good.

Neither of those vitamins seem to have any Amino Acids though. What do you guys take for those? And how many of you take fish oil?

I've been taking those opti-men you mentioned for awhile, and I personally love them. Good multi-vitamin and pretty affordable. Your pee will be highlighter colored all day though from the b-vitamins, like literally morning to night for me no matter how much water I drink>.<

We have a really good multi called Vitabolic, which has chelated minerals, methyl b-12, and a freeze-dried veggie/antioxidant complex that is the equivalent of eight servings of fruits and veggies. Although it doesn't have fish oil or BCAAs, the vast majority of multivitamins that DO contain either of these don't have anywhere near adequate amounts of them. There's a reason people use fish oil and BCAA powder: it's because in order to get an effective dose of them in caplet or capsule form you have to take a LOT of pills!

Rofl that's true, aslong as it's still yellow you're okay.
And yeah, it's really good, high-potent. I just ordered a new big bottle two weeks ago
