I usually eat a ton before I go to bed...~1200 calories. it usually consists of complex carbs and lots of fats/protein. Example: 1/2 box of triscuits (~550 cals), 1/4 gallon of milk (360 cal), and 1/5 jar of peanut butter (400 cals).....i'm looking to bulk at a decent rate but not gain too inordinate an amount of fat. Is this okay? I'm training for powerlifting in the 181 weight class, and on any given day I weight between 181-185 at a low enough bodyfat that you can see my abs (see avatar)

Considering the fact that you can still see your abs, then I would say no, it's not that bad. I'd also say that because I eat a ton before bed and have yet to blimp out.
