Morning Workouts, To eat, or not to eat?

I generally work out within an hour or two after I wake up (have class for the rest of the day for the most part). I typically get up, shower, take some no-xplode, and have a protein shake and a banana, saving my larger meal (bfast) for afterward...I was wondering if I should switch the two around and have my breakfast prior to workout.

Breakfast would usually look like this:

    4 Egg whites
    2Whole Eggs
1 1/2 cup cooked oatmeal (made with skim milk)
    1 piece misc fruit
    I large glass of water

I'll occasionally throw some greek yogurt and or whole wheat toast in there depending on availability

    Cheers

I don't eat alot before I work out. If I do I feel like I'm gonna hurl about half way throuhgh. I keep it light...whey, carbs from fruit and a complex carb. Enough energy without feeling full.
    You're not fooling anyone.

    Depends on your schedule,

if you feel drain before a workout (30 minutes), eat something light like bread & an fruit.

Play with your meal size depending on how much time between gym and your meal.

I just hate feeling weighed down when I get there, especially if I'm in a hurry or doing an expansion day with a lot of supersets etc...but at the same time I'm naturally super skinny and obviously don't want to be burning muscle while I'm working out...sort of defeats the purpose
