On a lot of cases I'll end up getting carbs/protein/fats before my workouts. But most of this fat would probably come from nut butters perhaps. After my workout when I like to cook things up, cheese is a great option to have in eggs, on top of pasta, etc. And I haven't had a grilled cheese in so long, so it's about time I hoped on the bandwagon.
