Try posing for awhile, especially at his weight, and see how you feel. It takes a hell of a lot out of you holding poses and doing routines.

At last year's Olympia he was 237. This year, my guess would be 235-237 since he took the year off to add size and came in pretty much the same size as last year's Olympia but with his usual conditioning which he showed at the Arnold. So between the added muscle and decreased fat/water, I'd say he probably weighed the same but was sharper cus of added muscle.

That's pretty insulting to "your boy" (i won't name names ) to call Dexter mediocre, since Dexter DID beat him last year after all...

wow that's crazy....he's a lot bigger than peeps think...or would like to admit.....lol and he still lost....errr got third . So im guessing he bulked up to around 260-275? That's a shyt load for 5'6......dex was getting his "lee preist" on
PimPin Iron ain't easy, but i do it though...1 plate at a time. So watch how i Get'er done in my workout journal: http://tinyurl.com/

lol no he's not stealth is just a dex fanboy and keeps regurgitating that same BS story even when everyone else knows it's not true. Phil Heath was on this site as said he came in at last years olympia at under 230, I think he said 227. Phil is a good 3" taller than Dex with more muscle and the same conditioning. At best dex would be 225 on stage and that's probably giving him a good 5-10lbs he doesn't deserve.

highest dex gets is about two fiddy
no higher... and thats why he never ever looks like a dough boy like every other pro bodybuilder
you have GOT to give him props, the only guy in the ifbb that could go from well offseason to stage ready in less than a month and still win IMO

i'm sure it does that's why i don't get why they get so big. i'd rather be 200-210 at his height, at least i'd be able to walk talk and pose and not worry about having a heart attack on stage.

what makes it work , Ben, is his proportions: they are incredibly balanced..especially across the upper body shelf.....from the lower chest line up and across to his arms, he is a marvel.....
everything is equally developed: his arms, delts and traps are almost identical in size......
hmm....if you listen to the interviews with the track athletes right after they run, they are out of breath
why do people think that posing is easy? it takes a lot out of you do be hitting poses that hard
quick question. do you think lighter competetors like layne norton would be out of breath after he posed? the reason why he's outta breath is probably because he weighs so damn much and not because of his posing.

too bad "my boy" was off in the prejuding last year then came back and knocked "your boy" down to 3rd with his best showing yet =O ohhhhhh how the mighty have fallen
