Breast Issues
So it seems to me that the more i exercise, the more my breast fall! I know that they are made up of adipose tissue but i have been doing my chest exercises. Will they every plump back up?
They seem to be lower than they were from when i started! Not good! Please tell me if the chest exercises will eventually pay off. Thanks!

If you carry alot of fat in your breasts as most women do, as you exercise you're going to lose weight and your breasts will shrink. Some women gain weight in their breasts, others don't. I think its do to fat loss that is causing your breasts to appear to be falling, and I think eventually your skin will tighten up and it won't be so noticiable.
Building larger pecs is only going to make your breats appear elongated, or start from higher up and I noticed give you move cleavage power! lol but that's for me anyway.

If you are losing body fat it may not look better for awhile. From my own experience there is some "refilling" once you're back at maintenance cals for awhile. It's not huge, but it helps. Then you can start seeing the effects of building chest muscle, which I find is also positive. But there's only so much you're going to build at a deficit.

SO basically you are saying there is nothing i can do about it right now but keep doing what i have been doing and eventually they will plump back up?

Chest work does help a little, but only because you're lifting the muscle underneath the breast. When i was at my "biggest" weight wise. i was a 38e, when I lost all the weight i wanted to lose (before i started gaining again) I went down to a 34b, they weren't pretty in my opinion and i let that get me VERY depressed for a while. I'm a 34d at the moment but I can tell their starting to "deflate" a little. Because i was so heavy and because i sprouted so quick to begin with, my skin isn't the type to do any kind of bouncing back.
In one way i wonder if i didn't cause my 2nd weight gain subconsciously to fill them back out, I literally hated my chest. I wore a bra 24/7 except for showers to keep them covered.
This time around i've made a deal with myself that i am not going to let that stop me from my body fat goals, and WHEN I get there if i don't like how they look, i'll have them done.

Yes. Although what happens after you go back to maintenance will be an individual thing. But for now, while you are at a deficit, it is what it is.

I would agree and say that they aren't 'falling' per se, but you are most likely just losing adipose from them. Coming from my experience when I am gaining muscle - my breasts just got bigger and bigger. But now that I have upped my cardio and controlling my diet, I have gone down at least a bra size in 2 weeks, and this should continue (almost two sizes now).
But it means you will have lost fat from all over - not just from your chest. So that's a good thing right?
As my fiance always says - he loves boobs, but he loves an athletic figure even more...and I have to say I prefer feeling fit, to having big boobs.

I hate my breast big, my goal is to get rid of them b/c i don't want them. Im in like a 38F-36G and they just seem to be less and less attractive as i lose more weight. I hope the pec exercises do perk them up a bit...

I agree 100% with the both of you. I am petite so having a large chest just didn't look good and proportional on me. So, now that I am at a lower bodyfat and working towards my goals..they have dramatically gone down. I am very happy that they are smaller and yes it is quite annoying that they are lower but thats what good bras are for! Calvin Klein has excellent bras that boost me right up. Good luck!

Well...
I gain and lose weight in my breast too and in my humble opinion unless you are one of those women who have been blessed with an abundance of upper pole fullness, then they are gonna drop as you lose weight. Chest exercises may help a bit with lifting, and if you are young then tissue might shrink a bit, but thus far I haven't seen any exercises that can compensate for loss of tissue. HTH

I understand completely. A couple of years ago I lost about 15lbs do to a tramatic event and was really depressed with the drop in my breast. After the event passed I didn't feel motivated to lose weight because I didn't want my breast to get smaller (even though I was a 38F and could definitely have stood to lose a bit). Now, I don't care how small they get, I WILL make it to the best me and if that means smaller breast or getting a lift so be it!

I don't mind them being smaller at all, it's just my skin has stretched to accommodate big boobs, so when the fat goes I'm left with deflated skin, I'm still deciding which route to go, i might just get a lift and get rid of the skin and enjoy having smaller boobs, or perhaps get implants to re-fill out the skin. Cross that bridge when I come to it though, I have a long old road ahead before we get there!
