Lack of appetite when increasing training
Ok so this is really weird, I've increased my training week by week for a month now and have actually lost my appetite. I just don't feel like eating at all, and it means I end up eating not a lot, and I'm thinking this will cause me to burn out at some point.
So if anyone could give me some advice I'd really appreciate it. My training is as follows:
Monday - 2 hours swimming
Tuesday - Chest and Triceps (1 hour) 6 mile run
Wednesday - 2 hours swimming, Back and Biceps (1 hour)
Thursday - 1 hour swimming, 3-6 mile run
Friday - 2 hours clilmbing, Legs and Shoulders (1 hour)
Saturday - 8 - 10 mile run
Sunday - 2 mile run + Stretching
So today I've eaten:
Meal 1 - WW Toast x 2
4 egg whites, 1 yolk
Snack -Apple
Post-swim - 130g Tuna
50g Cous cous
50g Sweetcorn
Snack - 125g Yoghurt
25g Oats
30g Whey
(And will eat chicken breast w/ 100g Brocolli post-wo, then yoghurt and whey again before bed)
= 1343 calories 167g protein/ 120g carbs/ 19.5g fat
I'm well aware this is way too little, but as I said have totally lost my appetite. Also please bear in mind I'm trying to tone up and lose fat, but don't want to compromise the quality of my training. Anyway any opinions/ advice is appreciated.

Over training, perhaps?
When I increase cardio, I my appetite goes crazy...
Do you feel fatigued and/or lacking performance?

Yeah it is really bizarre - my performance is good - good run times, good swimming and my lifts are increasing every week. I just have a feeling this will stop if I don't get my diet right.
It's a lot of training but I'm trying to get as fit as possible, potentially for the military, but also I enjoy doing all of the sports, so it's tough to reduce the amount. I'm sure it's possible, just not sure I've gone about it the right way.

It does sound like overtraining.
Don't push limits every training day. Have a light training day each week. This will keep training moving forward.
You have to force yourself to eat. Food is fuel and fuel will add to your fitness goals.
Get plenty of sleep.

I'll definitely eat more, and will try to take it easy on Sunday perhaps do nothing, it's just hard to fit all the sports in.
Diet will be more of a focus now..thanks!

dont reduce training honestly just because some people here tell you to do they dont know you/you're body.obviously if u keep progressing each week KEEP doing it untill u cant/dont progress
also add some good fat to ur diet wich will make up for ur callories and ur on the low side in ur diet on good fats

holy **** you have alot of free time. Even if your not hungry still find a way to consume calories. Liquid calories are usually the way to go when your not hungry.

Holy **** that's not enough calories. I know that you know that, but do you know that? You're doing a lot of exercising and not giving your body enough food to repair itself, that'll burn you in the end.
