Nutrition: refeed day today... rest day!
Macros: P:240, C:210, F:35
Dosing scheme on rest days: 1 upon awaken, 1 4 hours later, 1 another 4 hours later.
Dosing scheme on workout days:: 2 pre morning cardio, and 2 pre workout.
supplement report: i didn't feel jittery like other fat burners will usually make me feel. i was kinda worried about that, but day 1, 2 caps gone, 1 to go, and so far so good.
Misc.
i'm feeling great. i love refeeds, i just had popcorn with some butter...mm!

Nutrition: Back to the diet
Macros: P:264.6, C:87, F:41
Dosing: 2 before morning cardio, 2 before training (no N.O product)
supplement report: Another good day on thermogen. I took 2 before cardio this morning and felt energized and my body heated 15 min into cardio. didn't feel that before on speed of 3.2 LISS. another 2 before workout, focus was good... wasn't lazy as i usually be. good so far... no jitters.
Misc.
i love posing after workouts, i feel like i'm at 5% bf already, veins popin on my biceps and ****. good feeling... wanted to make a posing video but too many people around staring already... i wonder what if i started filming.. would they stop and look? wtf.

you don't need a fat burner when you 1st start, get your diet in check, then add a fat burner to strip the last tiny fat away.

Got so busy, i got accepted to the nursing program! man i'm so happy and overwhelmed with deadlines i have to meet for stuff and work.

Day 6(yesterday)
Nutrition: Refeed day, on wed.
Macros: I have no clue this time about my macros cause i had some fast food, can't be bumped to count. I just needed this cheat for some motivation.
Dosing: 2 in the morning, 2 before training. No cardio this morning nor after training.
supplement report: It seems that i'm losing weight faster than i wanted to, using thermogen, and that's a good sign. So yesterday i cut cardio short and had a cheat on my refeed day. thank you thermogen.
Misc.
Egg steak burrito and a big carl from carls jr got me allllll excited. Didn't have any fast food for a while now.

supplement report: I'm liking this product, and i'm seeing results fast. More veins poping out. ... Every workout the "this wasn't here before" pops up. Great stuff. i'm enjoyin it.

Close grip bar raises 4 sets
Reverse flys 4 sets
Bar shrugs
No PRs, and i'm not even shooting for that. Blood flow to the muscle with a good pump all i want, yet still not doing light weight. Stayin as heavy as possible with good form.

Long day. Went with a friend to her MA class for phsyical practice. She freakin drew blood out of every vein in my body literally. Everyone was struggling to find veins on their partners except her. Bodybuilders and vascularity FTW!!!!

Nutrition: back to normal diet after refeeding yesterday

supplement report: The heat i used to get from it kinda wearing down, so ima increase the dosage from 2 to 3... i wanna experiment.
Workout (Chest)
I was so bummed and sleepy that i didn't wanna go to the gym, but i pushed myself.
My workout consist of machines...
machine press 4 sets
incline machine press 4 sets
machine flys 3 sets
bench press with smith machine 3 sets (i did the rest pause)
I had good pump, noticing definitions... satisfied!

did the drug test today, the nurse kept askin me if i have somthin in my pocket before entering the bathroom. I think i looked suspicious, lolz.
