People that leave 315 on the squat rack about 4 holes above my height so I have to almost jump to take the plates off to deload it.
Staff that doesn't clean the gym.

That annoys me too but at the same time you can't really expect to take up 2 or 3 machines if the gym is busy.

Agreed...at busy times I'd be glad to allow people to work in with me, if they politely ask. Consideration is key
