    its sore at the front, which i dont get. Might be my quad thats sore but it defo feels like the front on my knee, was the same when i did front squats on friday night.

    Knee felt like it was gona go during the front squats on friday night, tried 160 a few more time and then 170 but it didn't feel right. Was annoying as i 140 felt so light and easy. Saturday was good for a mildly hungover workout. Squats were good, depth was good with the last set of 200 not so much the 220+ reps but all good to me. Dips felt hard probably the increased bodyweight.

    Happy with that for a hungover monday. 4 close grip PRs is great, hopefully next week should be the same as ill be using the same weight. Decline felt so much easier this week when compared to last week. Wanted to get more sets in for squats but i was running out of time and i needed to get some cardio in. i'm getting a tad fatter.
