Clean bulk or cut (pic included)
Im 153lbs and i dont no if i should cut or clean bulk because im skinny fat (pic is in avi) im also doing boxing 4 days a week and weightlifting 3 days a week and try to get in close to 3000 cals maybe less? clean bulk or cut?

Your in a pretty hard position tbh, to light with not enough muscle to cut properly, but to fat to bulk at a normally rate, just slowly bulk, keep it as gradual as possible, and you should get leaner whilst gaining muscle, the key is patience

cut ... i also am right now... got alot of fat i want to get rid of and then get lean...
but you are clean bulking... so that might be good to do as well... i dirty bulked =/

if you cut...you dont wanna risk losing any strength or muscle...
imo...i would just keep eating at maintenenace calories and over to keep putting on strength and muscle...then cut for summer if you want

You carrying a lot of water bro, I would still bulk but clean up your diet, theres no way your eating in small adequate meals with complex carbs. Start avoiding sugary drinks, white breads and other simple carbs, if you avoid spiking your insulin levels throughout the day and start eating better carbs like brown rice, sweet potatoes, oats and wholemeal whilst keeping you proteins high you'll start seeing alot more improvements.
Also too much boxing training will make you lose muscle, Weider always said too much endurance will make you weaker and smaller. So bare that in mind if your main goal is to look muscular and strong.

yeah i cleaned up my diet a whole lot since the past month, i get my carbs from wholewheat,brown rice,and rolled oats.

idk why some people r doggin the op. u got a bit of a gut and a little chest fat goin on, but nothin major. i'd do a clean bulk w/ some cardio. good luck dude.
