Hey everyone,
I've been reading on these forums for a few weeks now and finally decided to join. I have been doing a 5 day split for about 6 years now and am looking for a change. I've been thinking of trying a 3 day split for weight training and having those other two days to try and get the abs I keep being asked to get lol. Anyways, I'm looking at something along these lines as a starting point:
Monday: Legs - Lower Back
Tuesday: Cardio
Wednesday: Chest - Shoulders - Triceps
Thursday: Rest
Friday: Upper Back - Biceps
Saturday: Cardio
Sunday: Rest
Anyways, I'm wondering what are some suggestions on when to best do my ab workouts in here. Also, what are some good advanced routines including the exercises with ammount of sets and reps for each in such a split. I'm looking to get wider lats and bigger legs to even things out first, but I don't want to become massive, just to look aesthetically good. Any more info needed, just ask. Thanks!
