Well, I'm officially in my late twenties now, and I am still a rather gross specimen of fitness. Let's see if I can't get this started here this time.
Okay, my 6-week goal is to be 183, 12 pounds lighter than I am now. At 2lbs a week, this is very possible, if I maintain my discipline, which has been my problem in the past. So, this will be a "cut."
I will probably go a second 6-week phase on the same plan. After that, clean bulking, with whey, casein, creatine, and weights.
My long term goal is to be about 175, 8%. Verrrry looong term. I gotta keep telling myself to take it 6 weeks at a time...

(sorry, couldn't help the geek reference. If it doesn't make sense, just move on, you don't want to know.

Workout
I will be doing cardio, lots of it. Since I am out of shape, 30 minutes a day 6 days a week until I can go longer, 45-60 minutes. Walking/Running until I can run the whole time, outdoor track. I wish I had access to a treadmill right now, but oh well.
For weights, I will be doing All Pro's Simple Beginner's Routine.
I'd post a link to the thread, but I can't. Cool.
Diet
I'll be shooting for 2250cal/day. Exact food plan not ready yet, but it's roughed out. Will post later.
Jesus, I didn't think I looked that fat in the mirror. Denial, I guess.
