no homo, but I think about my ex girl friend when ever I squat or deadlift. I just think about how I still love/care for her and im doing this all for her. It sometimes gets me really emotional which turns into a rage becuase all of the bull**** that has happened and how she we barely talk anymore. it just really gets me going. but once again, no homo.

when its like a PR, or today i was trying to see how many reps with 115lb dumbells i could do on incline, i turned on....

every single lift for me involves a "come on mother ****er .. lets do this" .. and bench/squat i always psyche myself out by jst sayin like..sounds weird but right before i go in for the set ..say its 3 reps.. im just like..down and up 3 times..thats it baby..lets go

i focus intently, thinking of nothing else and visualizing putting up the weight. then i slap myself in face a few times (srs) and get pissed then ****ing do it!
