    I usually recite **** from Ronnie...

    It's usually me and my buddy lifting and we say **** all the time, like if I'm lifting I'll say "LIGHT WEIGHT". He'll usually say the same thing or do the grunt Coleman does right before liftoff.

    If I'm spotting him I'll say "CMON RON" haha...

    It sounds homo but it's funny and it gets us in the zone.

    I don't really think/say anything. In the gym I don't think an awful lot about what i'm doing. I'm usualy on autopilot if you get what I mean. I just do it, if it happens it happens.

    Sometime I'll be doing an exercise (military press for example) and i'll hold the bar up and decide to stop, then i'll quickly think 'no, you didnt come down here to bludge, get through this workout or you'll regret it short and long term' and i continue to put out one or two more reps.
