I usually recite **** from Ronnie...
It's usually me and my buddy lifting and we say **** all the time, like if I'm lifting I'll say "LIGHT WEIGHT". He'll usually say the same thing or do the grunt Coleman does right before liftoff.
If I'm spotting him I'll say "CMON RON" haha...
It sounds homo but it's funny and it gets us in the zone.

"Just ****ing do it, just ****ing do it." "Come on only # reps."
It's 4:30 in the morning. You think, "why am I up?" The world is asleep. Your not. Get to it bud, because your better than your boss. Your better than your peers. Your better than that kid that owned you in CoD last night.
Shut up and Squat.

just visual when my friends laughed at me when i said i was gona get jacked and asked them to come to the gym with me. Cant blame em though who would want to lift with a kid who is 110 pounds. Sure proved them wrong.

Sometime I'll be doing an exercise (military press for example) and i'll hold the bar up and decide to stop, then i'll quickly think 'no, you didnt come down here to bludge, get through this workout or you'll regret it short and long term' and i continue to put out one or two more reps.
Reps on sight: MMC and vexidi
Reps on recharge or when I remember: legendofzelbrah, MikeHawkBiggums, yevgheniy

I say "DO IT *******" then count to 3. That and/or find a girl in the gym with the nicest body and hope that releases a miniscule amount of test.
