Fitmembers "messin with methylmass" log

First i would like to thankeveryone at EST for letting me log METHYLMASS



IVE BEEN TRAINING FOR 2 YEARS AND GOT SERIOUS LAST YEAR.

I NEED TO LOSE BODYFAT AND FIND IT HARD TO STICK WITH A CLEAN DIET SCHEDULE
HOPEFULLY THAT WILL CHANGE.
IM STILL TRYING TO CUT BUT HAVE BEEN FAILING HARD

MY LIFTING SCHEDULE IS AS FOLLOWS:

TUES:BACK
WEDS:SHOULDERS
THURS:BI/TRI
FRI:LEGS

FIRST AND FOREMOST: "COTTONCANDY" METHYLMASS REVIEW

mixability:10/10 mixed up perfectly no grit at all in the bottom

taste: 10/10 this is a sippin kinda pre w/o. I mixed 2 scoops in 15 oz water and it was good til the end. some pre w/o's are chug types, not this one

focus: 7/10 this could be due to the fact ive been sick for 3 days before today i dont know. I felt kinda weak

Energy: 8/10 i like this kind of pre w/o i didnt get jittery at all just clean energy til the end.
Again i did feel weak during my chest day


CHEST:

FLAT BB:
3 sets bar,135,165, (on these i have to get the bar on my lap and layback to the start position.I dont have a flat bench just the bar and plates)

FLAT DB:
4 sets 55,60,70,75 (LAST SET DROPSET TO 50's TO FAILURE)

INCLINE DB:
3 sets 50,60,70 (last set dropped to 40 til failure)

SEATED BFLY:
3 sets 70,80,75 (all suoersetted with pushups to failure)


I REALLY FELT WEAK TODAY,IVE BEEN SICK FOR 3 DAYS AND IM JUST GETTING OVER MY COLD.I KNOW IF I DIDNT TAKE ANYTHING TO GET ME THROUGH THIS WORKOUT I PROBABLY WOULDNT HAVE GONE. I HATE DAYS LIKE THESE!!!!!

Feeling better today so hopefully tomorrow back will be rockin

Ill have to get pics and or vid of my sh!t set up i have to lift with.

I was going to a gym but had to give up my me,mbership cuz i couldnt afford it
wish i could have all the equipment at my hands like i did over the summer.

All i have now is
45lb bar,300lb oly weights

smith machine w/latpulldown,row area

spinlock Db's and 180 lb 1inch hole weights

Doin the best i can with what i got

hell man that's plenty of toys to do some damage ,I started with 3 sets of dumbells and an ez bar ,nothin wrong with training at home as long as u can self motivate some people can't

yeah no doubt I like the gym as long as no one is in my way , it does seem to give a lil extra motivation though ,for me running logs all the time keeps me on point n always pushing my limits but I get injured a lot too

My lucks getting worse

My computer took a sh!t

ive borrowed my sisters until i can get mine back from getting fixed

sh!ts so gay, i just bought that comp last june.

It kept freezing up then finally wouldnt come on at all

HP support said its the harddrive that needs repaired

What else could possibly go wrong??
