    One arm bigger than the other help

    I was tensing my arms tonight when i realised my right arm is bigger than my left in the tricep area. and also i felt my left arms tricep and its jus squishy whereas my rights is bigger and harder.


    what can i do to even it out. Im hoping its because ive gotan injured shoulder its preventing my left arms tricep tensing or something lol :L

    yes ones always been a tiny bit bigger but today one looks huge compared to the other

    if its bothering you alot. do dumbell work. it will even it self more.

    Okay I thought this would be common sense but switch to dumbells and also unilateral work.

    Also, tense your smaller arm more and make an effort to use your smaller arm to do tasks such as brushing your teeth, picking things up etc.

    No offense, if you FAP a lot, try to change hands

    Try to begin some alternate dumbbells exercises.

    not huge fan of dumbbell curling and it seems to be more on the triceps :S


    ive been tensing my smaller arm more though and trying to sart and use it for everying

    Well theres plenty of single arm tricep movements you can do.

    Dumbell extensions, single arm cable pushdowns, dumbell skullcrushers etc. For every movement theres a unilateral version basicaly.

    yer, it will take a while. Don't expect the problem to disappear overnight. Your larger arm will most likely always be larger. Don't worry about it too much. As you get bigger and stronger things may even out.

    how much of a difference is there. my lats, traps, and arms are uneven. im pretty sure most people are uneven, its just that we notice it more

    i have the same problem, during the summer my right arm was 17" and my right was 15.5 / 16 pretty easy to notice the difference. i've tried to do dumbell work to even it out it hasn't worked
