Best weight training equipment you've bought for under $100
With the holidays coming up, I figured we'd all like some ideas to give the wife/gf. I figure most of the things listed will be non-essentials, but nice to have. I will list the stuff that I have and actually like.
Here are my top 5:
door gym with ab slings
bicep blaster
blast straps
weight vest
And I just used these for the first time this morning and love them (as a way to increase my pull-up numbers).
Pull-up bands (I got mine at Iron Woody)

Bicep blaster looks interesting !
Micro plates for me - or gloves -
The worst? that stupid blue thing some people buy for putting under the bar on your shoulders for squats - VERY painful ! Lol

(1)bill pearls keys to the inner universe, most of which i have committed to memory.
(2) lifting straps.
(3) when i had them - my 1.25 lb "weenie" weights. those weights came in handy to add just a smidge of something to the bar to work my ass harder, to get me over weight barriers because adding 5 lbs was too much but 2.5 lbs was just right. slow and steady got me a 200 lb bench press at one time. i bet i coulda done more too but i got burned out on heavy lifting. god i can't believe i even said that!
