I missed an off day dose of creatine yesterday and today is leg day. I have my creatine for post workout (i usually take 5g pre workout and 5g post workout). Should my muscles still be saturated enough, no worries missing a day???

no worries, you are fine. it takes around 30 days of non-use to return to baseline levels

You don't need 10 gm/day. 5 is enough.
