I forgot to close my shakers lid completely
Started shaking it then...

anyone seen the shaker cup with the seperate compartments for protein and milk/water, so you can take it with you and not have it spoil until you need mix it?

Happens alot, but I got the worst one of these stories. I was going to weigh in for a grapling competition and had cut 9lbs, so I took two shakers with two scoops of chocolate whey each, bananas, bottles of water and bags of fruit all in a gym bag to rehydrate with right after the weigh in. I also had an outfit to grapple in in the gym bag causei was going to do a free seminar after the weighin...
So I weigh in, plop down by myself, zip open my gym bag and one of the shaker cups opened and all the protein powder poured out into the inside of my bag. It was all over everything and cause some water had leaked from the water bottle it was like mud all over everything including the outfit I was gonna change into for the grappling seminar. I tried to wash most of it off in time but couldn't get all of it out so I had to grapple with those shorts on and there was a stain around my crotch area and since it was chocolate it looked like I ****ted on myself.
The same scenarios happened again at my last grappling contest. Only this time the shaker bottle opened and a banana was also smashed and spoiled inside staining a free shirt I got at the olympia expo.
