    Why can't I get abs? Do I need more cardio? I'm skinny/muscular

What I mean by skinny muscular means I'm naturally skinny, but not anymore.

I'm 5'11 180, big shoulders, good-sized bi's and tri's, etc. For some reason, I just can't seem to get my abs to show.

Is there a better chance that I need to do cardio or am I doing the wrong ab exercises? I've ready running isn't as important as most think, if not, then what is the most important thing?

with a proper diet and cardio on a empty stomach in the morning you will see improvements quick-u can work your abs 24-7-365 but if the fat is covering them you will never see them

Honestly, you probably have a bit too much bodyfat if you can't see your abs at all, unless you are in the process of bulking. You can choose to either lose weight slowly to see your abs quicker, or just keep working out and building muscle, and over time you will reduce your bodyfat, provided that you don't eat to caloric excess.

Limit your carb intake between 50-100g a day, you should loose between 1 & 2lbs of fat a week if you do that, and eat that protein. I can eat as many calories as I want, and I often have trouble eating enough calories, but if I indulge on carbs that's where the fat comes in

Abs are all about the diet. Go about 200-500 calories less than maintence. Then it just take time.
