Is this an ok workout schedule?
I recently started MMA while still contining lifting. I noticed i am in the gym a combined 3-4 hours. (2 for classes, 2 for lifting; it takes me longer to lift cause im alil worn out from the classes). Anyway i still get 8+ sleep, i take supps to help my body keep up. I havent noticed any increase in fatigue. Is it ok for me to spend that much time in the gym? I spent way more then that when i played football in high school but idk if its the same. I do classes 4 times a week, and i lift 5 times.
