How is this for a low carb plan (to get lean and mean)?
Meal 1-Plain Oatmeal with 30-40 grams Protein Powder mixed in
Meal 2-Protein Shake with Flax Oil
Meal 3-Can of Tuna with mixed greens (salad)
Meal 4 (snack)-Atkins Advantage Bar
Meal 5-Chicken Breast with brocoli or salad with bleu chesse dressing.
Meal 6-Protein shake with flax
Alternate Meals/Snacks-
(a) 6 hard boiled egg whites with 5 strips turkey bacon
(b) cottage cheese and/or sugar free jello
