hows my chest workout for tomorrow?
warmup...
flat bench- 4x8-5 increase weight each set
flat bench with dumbells- 3x6 HEAVY
Incline bench-3x8,6,4 HEAVY
Decline bench- 3x8,6,4 HEAVY
Dumbell flys- 4x 8,10,12,16
What do you guys think?

i don't see much reason to bb bench 4 times then db bench. i'd suggest alternating those two every couple of weeks instead. and weighted chest dips, i like doing them instead of decline bench usually, but some people have better results with the decline.
edit: cable crossovers as well
