looking to starting the DC program-whats your opinon on this workout?
ok guys-theres so many workouts out there-every1 has the miracle program lol.... ok im like most guys ive tried workouts from the mag's-from the so call trainers and so on.. the best program i have found was the rippetoe (great program) had some good gains but its time to change up. so ive came across this great split workout (DC) looks great. the only problem i see with this program is i workout at home with free weights (no machines) and i dont have a spotter. i was wanting to see if any of you guys have tried this program or know of any1 who has or is doing this. whats your opinon on this program? thx in advance

It's good. I've used it and made good gains, but I too had a hard time with it because of not having a spotter.

i like the concept of working a muscle 2-3 times in 8 days-pretty intense. everything ive read on the program makes alot of good points and sense. the extreme stretching i hope will help out with my chest. i dont have the full roundness . which exercises did you use since you didnt have a spotter?

A lot of hammer strength and smith machine. I guess really if you have access to those you don't really need a spotter. It's a good program. Give it a shot.

I never took measurements when I did it, but I remember getting stronger every week from it. It's been at least a 1.5 yrs since I did it.

Yeah, I did sometimes. Other times I'd do it in that order.
