Got it pre ordered but it has leaked

Listening to it right now

I wasnt a fan of "christ illusion", and this album seems to differ. A bit closer to God Hates Us All which i thought was awesome.

So far so good.

thoughts?

EDIT: Actually probably more closer to the "classic" Slayer. Seasons in the abyss maybe..

I like most of their albums, God Hates Us All and Undisputed Attitude are actually among my favourites.. World Painted Blood is great so far, I'm enjoying it, favourite songs are Hate Worldwide, World Painted Blood and Psychopathy Red.

listening to it at the moment, I am enjoying it, but so far it doesn't seem like anything special... Hate Worldwide is decent...

ok finished listening to it, nothing outstanding IMO but was a decent listen nonetheless

as long as it is better than Christ Illusion. I'm a huge slayer fan and that album let me down. GHUA is one of my favs

I dont know exactly why, but i just couldnt get hooked on Christ Illusion. i LOVED the groove metal influence on Diabolus.. and GHUA. Christ Illusion is more technical and lacks the groove of the two previous albums.

The new album reminds me a lot more of Seasons... and earlier Slayer. Maybe a slight bit of GHUA & Diabolus.. Overall i do like the new album quite a bit. I guess i would love another full on groove metal album, but yeh still a solid piece of work.
