weightloss/Booster pills are not magic, just simply an assist. You still must train and eat whole. If you don't you just wasted your money.

If you are a skinny little thing with a few cuts you in no way shape or form should be giving advice

If you have not lost the weight yourself in no way shape or form should you be telling bigger people how to lose weight.

im doing a 20 rep deadlift 3 times a week so i'll do the deadlifts and then bent over rows 3 times a week so do you think the 5-8 reps will work to put on mass

20 rep deadlift? thats REALLY high reps man. if done correctly deadlifts should be a good 6 reps 4-5 sets and your sore as hell for a week. Do rows two times a week.

if you're able to do deads 3 times a weak you're either using wrong form or WAY under weighting yourself. Thats building tolerance/tone not mass. Mass first then tone.

Its like the 20 reps squat you use your 10 rep max and do it breathing style so a set takes like 5 minutes.
I'll only be doing it for six weeks.
    So is that okay.

thats a endurance workout you have going on, i used to do that in HS took me a year to gain strength to match those who past me in 6 months, but the bonus was i could out rep them at 20% weight lower.just got out lifted with that low rep big weight.

try doing 7 reps 5 sets with a higher weight (just make sure your form is right)

if done correctly your ass wont be walkin correctly for a few days.

also your back is one of the slowest healing parts so give it some real good rest.

if a big guy does it, it doesn't mean it will work for you. Would me or you so the same workout as a bodybuilder. NO

that is a terrible idea. Combine that with squats and rows and you are going to be heading for the ER with a ruined back pretty quickly.

also, if you don't even know the rep range to use on rows for hypertrophy, you should NOT be designing your own program.

never said he was a body builder, good job on reading what you want to read. Rows shouldn't be done in a 20 rep range for strength.

    Smile Higher reps for rows

I personally tried both high and low reps for rows and found higher reps with a moderate to heavy weight gave me bigger wider lats

    I'd start with

    3 sets bent over rows 12 10 8
    3 sets lat pulldowns 12 10 8
Increasing the weight by 5 lbs each set

Strict form was the key as oppose to jerking the weight and not arching your back correctly

    Cheers
