Well guys i just started bulking this month on the 5th of October! i thing i gained about a 1lb or 2 since then i life weights 4 times a week heavy too! 116 was my past weight last time i checked in the morning so i should weigh about 117 or 118 now.
But my question is should i keep up wit the bulking and be honest guys please! if i'm scrawny let me know lol some yips as weel will be usefull thanks! :]
reason i'm asking this is because i just need opinions in order to keep wit my bulk ...yeah yeah i'm scared to gain weight lol!

Most people would say keep bulking. It is really up to you and your own goals. Personally in your shoes I would continue to bulk.
1-2 pounds can be considered a consistent change really. 128oz of water is 8 pounds. 16 oz, or a somewhat small glass of water is 1 pound. I have a 48oz cup i pound down when I am really thirsty so that 3 pounds🎄⛄🎄In🎄⛄🎄

LOL...OP I just made a thread earlier if I should keep bulking and Im almost a 100lbs heavier than you.

At your height and body weight Id bump that to 2000-2300, do it progressively so your body can properly digest everything. You system might fight you a little by always feeling full, but eventually if you space your meals out properly every 2-3 hrs with daily exercise you will get the hunger pains in no time. THEN YOU WILL BE eating everything in sight.

You are pretty lean right now and if you want to add strength and muscle mass, continue with what you are doing. Go for a small caloric surplus, so that you gain strength in the gym. You won't get fat overnight, if you notice that you gain too much fat, simply reduce your calories slightly and go for a smaller rate of weight gain.
