Creatine

Creatine Monohydrate or creatine ethl ester? I mean whats the difference between supplements companies? if MHP have 100% pure creatine monohydrate and Sci mix have 100% pure creatine monohydrate but more expensive, there's no difference, it's all the same isn't it? Stuff like BSN Cellmass are only so expensive because are transporters aren't they? you could pretty get the same effect by using why protein mixed with dextrose powder and creatine?

CEE has been shown to be inferior. Avoid it.

Yeah that's what I thinking, I tried Ultimate Nutrion creatine monohydrate in 2006, worked well, but I never tried this CEE just heard stuff about, probably just all over pirced hype lol

I've only been back to training a couple of weeks (Been out of training for a year coz of leg problems) I really want to start taking some supplements now such as creatine and nitric oxide but Layne Norton says I should wait until I platau before using them, what do you's think?

For the most part, yes. They all should have the same amount of CM. Just don't go to wal-mart and buy some. Get a good sized portion for like 20 bucks offline. Optimum nutrition has some good ones.

Make sure you don't get capsules either, they suck.

If you are going to be consistently working out I'd start taking it now. Its a simple supplement. Just drink 72+ oz of water a day with it.

Then start loading for 4-5 days, dont be alarmed that you gain a few lbs in water weight.You will probably experience a little bloating as most people do but you will also see your strength increase a bit.
