Rate my 4day-split routine !
yo guys , ive been doing 5 day split but i think its not workin good for me...so ima try a new split,here it is...feedback pls
Friday - Chest/Tris
Saturday - Back/Bis
REST
Monday - Legs/abs
Tuesday - Shoulder/Traps
REST
AND THEN REPEAT
Friday :
Flat bb 3x8 - Incline bb 3x8 - Incline db 3x8 - Flat flyes 3x10
Cable tricep extension 3x8 - Skull Crushers 3x8 - db french press 3x8
Saturday :
Deadlift 4x8 - Wide grip lat pulldown 3x8 -Close grip Elevated Cable Rows 3x8 - db row 3x8 - Wide grip cable rows 3x8
bb curls 3x10 - db curls 3x10 - machine close grip preacher curls 3x10
Monday :
Leg extension 3x12 - Hack squat 4x12 - Leg press 3x8 - Lying leg curls 3x10 - Calf raises 4x15
Tuesday :
Front military press 3x8 - seated db press 3x8 - lateral raises 3x10 - rear delt flyes 3x10
db shrugs 6x12
