Craziest biceps to triceps ratio EVER!!

No his biceps are about the right size, they just have no peak and he's holding the pose at and angle where his bis are hidden. Many (foolish) people think that the biceps are bigger than the triceps, because all they do in the gym is bench and curl without doing any direct tricep work outside of what they get in benching. In reality the triceps, if worked on with the same effort and intensity as the bis, will easily double in size compared to the biceps.

I've just never seen biceps that small in comparison to the tris. Obviously the tris should be bigger, but they're about 6x bigger here.

Here is a picture of Coleman, I believe this is from 2005 O, his left side had started to go a bit already but look at his right arm. If he didn't have such an amazing peak on his bis it would look like the guy above.

Frankly people didn't give Coleman enough credit for his triceps.

Veins are not muscle....they look good, but they're not muscle. They had great split and peak to them, i never said anything against that. Point out where I said his peak wasn't good.

one of his arms is already pretty much there, lol. Anyways, his smaller arm improved this year IMO. I know one year it really atrophied noticeably and apparently that was from having tendonitis for a stretch in his offseason cus he could barely do some curls with 35's according to him.

coleman kinda started getting lazy with his bi training late in his career. look at 01 and earlier, his bis were fukin huge from every angle. not that they were small after 01 though.

Happens to alot of advanced bbers, I think they focus so much on the back that they dont care as much about the arms. Generally most guys focus and have big arms earlier in their career then focus on legs and back more later.
