Came across this post over at getbig
King Kamali: Jan 12th 2007
"My arms measure 21 .75 inches in contest shape and 22+ in the off-season"
http://www.getbig.com/boards/index.p...379#msg1709379
Ronnie's arms were measured at 21.7'' 3-4 weeks after the 2004 Olympia
Ronnie at the 2004 O
Priest's arms were measured by Joe Roark- "His upper arm measured an unbelieveable 21-1/4'' " cold off-season . He said that his arms pumped come to around 22''
Someone posted an offseason video of Lee a week or two ago where Lee stated that his right arm was "still" 22 pumped off season. In competition, pumped you're looking around 20.75- 21"
Phil Heath in 2008, told a senior writer of flex magazine that his arm was around 21" at a bodyweight of 263- clearly off season, in a arm wrestling video posted on youtube, Phil also stated that his arm was 21.3 off season''
Sergio Oliva has stated his arms measured cold were 20.25'', and 21.25'' pumped
So the question is:
Are Kamali's arms -as he asserts-bigger than;
Priest's?
Heath's?
Sergio's?
and the same size as Coleman when they're both in contest condition?
I assume that there will be some who will accuse me of "hating"
All that I'm doing is asking a question and if there is something wrong with that well that means that we can't ask the following questions in threads; who's [body part] is bigger/better? cause that's clearly hating (rolleyes)

I'm not sure.. But I will measure them the day before I compete the next time around.
It's cool brother... He is curious.
I'll measure them next week before arms (cold) and after (Plamosis pumped).
BTW.. That is not a very good pic you picked out JDX... Here are some pics throughout my pro career that give you a better sense of how big my arms really are:

Op needs to take a look at himself, really..
With the genetic card Kamali was dealt he has built an awesome physique, arguably surpassing those who are more naturally gifted than himself. Ontop of all that he comes on here regularly to answer aspiring bodybuilders questions, yet people still try and give him sh!t?
Get the **** out..03.02.11 - 164.6lbs
07.02.11 - 162.4lbs (strong illness)
14.02.11 - 166.6 (strong weight gain - start of mini cut)
21.02.11 - 164.6
03.03.11 - 163.8
08.03.11 - 163.8 (backed off the cardio a little)

so basically this thread has shown me that the majority of bodybuilding fans rate a person's genetics almost entirely on their arms and stomach. bicep and ab warriors unite.
just look at phil heath. how many people act like he's got the greatest genetics on the planet just because he's got the greatest genetics on the planet from shoulder to wrist... and nowhere else?
maybe it's just me... but since when has being born with shorter than "ideal" bicep and tricep insertions automatically negated every other genetic gift you've received and left you with so-called bad genetics?

kamali's delts, chest, back, traps, quads, hamstrings, and calves are not normal/average/poor/decent/pretty good genetically.
in the real world, they are abnormal in every way possible. in the bodybuilding world, it means kamali was born with some gifts most of us weren't.
but damn... he dont have the prettiest bi/tri genetics like phil heath, so his genetics blow anyone would be lucky as **** to be born with such 'badddddd' genetic luck.
in b4 someone besides me realizes that kamali's chest and his back thickness (at his IFBB pro peak) obliterate phil heath's.Last edited by Daewoo_Lanos; 10-24-2009 at 12:00 PM. Reason: a brah carried away making his point
