    Question for Personal Trainers

Im sure you guys have heard this over and over, but i was hoping if you could help me out. My gf is wanting to get certified, and has called the local gyms and asked which Cert's are the best to obtain. They said her best bet is to buy ACSM's study kit for 128$(http://www.lww.com/product/?978-1-60831-248-1) , and then take the test at the local college here for 279$.

Does this sound about right? Any help would be greatly appreciated....

If your girlfriend has a science background then ACSM may be the way to go...

If your girlfriend doesn't have a science background, it may be too difficult...

ACE is always a good starter cert and I think it's the cheapest too.

I agree. The ACSM is one of the hardest ones and ACE is one of the easiest ones.
